The 3 acts from a film: Avatar

I chose this film because it was the last film i saw at the cinema.

Act 1: The Background
The film is about a team of scientists who are exploring a new world called "Pandora". Different species live there, including the Na'vi. They have a humanoid shape, but at the same time they are different from humans in many ways, both in their physical appearence and ideals, especially because they live and respect nature like we never do or did.
To make the relationship easier with the Na'vi and research of Pandora's biosphere, scientists grow Na'vi-human hybrid bodies called avatars that are operated by a human. Each human has one Avatar.

Act 2: The main conflict
The problem is, this team os scientists isn't alone. A private military company belonging to the RDA corporation has their own agenda.
It seems that a mineral called unobtanium is very valuable, and they want the most they can get of it.
The worst of it all is that the place with the biggest amount of unobtanium is right under Enwa...the sacred tree of the Na'vi.
While the scientists try and prevent a big military attack to the tree, Jake (the main character of the film, who also belongs to the scientists team) and a Na'vi female called Neytiri try to convince the Na'vi to abandon the sacred tree, while fighting against the military company.

Act 3: The Resolution
After a huge fight against the military and many things going wrong (including the fall of Enwa, the sacred tree), the Na'vi (and many other species from Pandora) sucessfully defeat the military company.
In the end Jake stays in Pandora after a clan performs a ritual, transfering Jake permanently to his Na'vi body, staying there with Neytiri, the female Na'vi.
